The Jamaican Guaco plant, we found this beauty in the hills regions of the island, in the parish of St. Mary. The leafs are great in the wilderness to help with bug bites, prevent and sooth. A loving herb, no wonder its in the shape of the heart. This has internal and external blessings for the body.
After we handpick the herbs, we clean and sun dry them, we cut them down to small sticks, stems, leaves and a bit of coarse powder. Perfect for your loose leaf teas in your infusers or disposable tea bags.
The tea has its own special flavor, sweetening is up to you, we recommend to drink as is, but if you must then a spoon of agave is a nice touch. the tea is said to help rid the body of excess mucus, especially in the respiratory tract. We hope it brings you good days, peaceful rest, and blessings.
