We work closely with our "on the ground" teams and tea farmers to insure every step of the process from leaf to cup is ethical, sustainable and natural. We import all our teas and herbals direct from tea gardens ? no middlemen or unnecessary warehousing. We have long-standing, personal relationships with the tea growers in each of the 5 countries we supply from.

Because we air freight most of our teas, we are able to bring in 1st flush spring harvests and other freshly harvested batches within days after they are processed minimizing the leaf to cup time.
