Our goal is to make the least processed lion's mane mushroom powder on earth. We start with USA grown, Organic Lion's Mane Mushrooms. The Fruiting Body is harvested, shredded, and immediately frozen then freeze-dried. As the final step, it is ground to a fine powder and packaged.

At about 1/5th the weight of a plastic (HDPE) jar and 1/20th the weight of a glass jar, the pouch has up to a 5x lower carbon footprint than both a glass and plastic bottle (taking into account carbon emissions from production, transportation, and disposal).

KOYAH started as a way to help my dad eat more fruits and vegetables. Today, it helps my whole family and it can help you too.
