Our organic black currant capsules are made from Poland-grown, fresh, whole black currants. Immediately after harvest, they are washed and gently freeze-dried to retain their nutrients. The freeze-dried currants are then ground into a fine powder and encapsulated to preserve their natural benefits.

At about 1/5th the weight of a plastic (HDPE) bottle and 1/20th the weight of a glass jar, the pouch has up to a 5x lower carbon footprint than both a glass and plastic bottle (taking into account carbon emissions from production, transportation, and disposal).
