You can brew Mao Feng green leaf tea using a teapot with a strainer if you make the drink for a few family members.

It is beautiful to watch the Tea unfurl into nice whole leaves while steeping in the pot. Importantly, Mao Feng loose leaf green tea can be brewed up to 3 times.

How to brew Mao Feng green tea loose leaf?

Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp pure leaf green tea, pour a small amount of boiling water into the tea and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.

After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that is about 80-85°C (175-185°F) and cover the teapot for 2-4 minutes before serving.
